Just because this company advertises a lot, doesn't mean they are a good company. I know many people who are happy with their services, but I am definitely not one of those people. Esurance was not compliant in helping me with my car damages after an accident, it took forever to get a hold of anyone who could help me. After something so traumatizing, you'd think they would understand.....Not the case |
