Random Rate Change @ GMAC Insurance?

I've never had to file a claim, and yet after I took out a loan from them...they raised my rates. Someone tell me that this is standard policy please.....

GMAC Insurance made my day
After getting into an accident, I showed them the evidence I had against the other driver, proved it wasn't my fault, and GMAC insured me that we would get money back and my car would be fixed. I'm very happy right now
